Real Talks Can Lead to Real Connection
People are wonderfully complex, and so are our relationships.
I help parents, educators, and caregivers better understand what’s really going on in children's minds and why they behave the way they do.
I believe open, everyday conversations (real talks) within a safe and playful atmosphere, combined with genuine validation of emotions, create the foundation for secure attachments, resilience, and lifelong mental well-being.
Rather than offering a one-size-fits-all set of strategies, I encourage you to discover what works best for you and the children in your care. Every family is different—and there is no single “right” way to nurture healthy relationships.
For over 25 years, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside
children, teens, parents, and adults in my private practice.
My work in play therapy, individual therapy, and parent-child sessions has taught me that every family is beautifully unique—and wonderfully complex. A wise child I once worked with encouraged me to share what I've learned with parents everywhere. Inspired by her, I wrote two children's books for kids and the grown-ups who care for them. This website is an extension of that mission: a space where we can connect, learn, and grow together.
